  • Is Meddy Teddy the original Meddy Teddy?

    Yes! Our Meddy is the original Meddy Teddy. We use our Trademark registration for Meddy Teddy, our copyright, our Design Patent and Invention Patent to facilitate removing “fake” Meddy Teddys from the internet.

    Meddy Teddy has a unique patented internal frame that allows him to move into many yoga poses. Meddy Teddy has a design patent that protects his look, a trademark that protects the name “Meddy Teddy” as well as the copyright, and an invention patent for his flexible feet.

     

  • Where is Meddy Teddy made?

    Meddy Teddy is made in our Buddhist Taiwanese factory. Each bear is lovingly made by talented artisans. We are proud that Meddy Teddy is made with skill, passion, pride and love by wonderful individuals. 

     

  • How is Meddy Teddy made?

    Every Meddy Teddy is hand sewn, stitched, and assimilated by our talented workers. Each bear is handmade and expertly trimmed by hand.

     

  • What is Meddy Teddy made of?

    Meddy is made of brand new super soft plush fur of polyester.

     

  • Is Meddy Teddy washable?

    Yes! You can machine wash Meddy Teddy on a gentle cycle in cold water but for longevity, we recommend you wash Meddy Teddy by hand. 

     

  • Is Meddy Teddy tested?

    The safety of little ones is our highest priority. Each Meddy Teddy has been tested by a certified third-party facility to meet or exceed the USA, Canadian and European safety requirements for newborn and children’s toys.

     

  • What is the appropriate age for Meddy Teddy?

    We design Meddy Teddy to be loved by children of all ages. Meddy Teddy is tested for newborns and up.

     

  • What size is Meddy Teddy?

    Standing Meddy Teddy is 17” H – 37cm

     

  • Where do you ship from?

    We ship all orders from Los Angeles, California, USA.

     

  • How can I cancel my order?

    Meddy Teddy allows cancellations on any orders that are processing and have not been shipped. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. 

     

  • How can I make changes to a recent order?

    If you need to cancel your order or change the shipping address or shipping method, please contact us at info@meddyteddy.com as soon as possible.

     

  • How do I check the status of my order?

    After you have placed an order with Meddy Teddy, an automated order confirmation and shipping notification emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You will receive the shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.

    You can log in to your Meddy Teddy customer account to view your order history and the status and tracking information for your recent orders. If you do not have a customer account with Meddy Teddy, you can still track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

     

  • Orders with standard shipping will be dispatched within two business days. We do not ship out orders on weekends or USA holidays. Occasional delays in processing may occur due to a high volume of orders, especially during the holidays or sales.

    • In the USA and Canada USPS or Flat Export Canada are used for standard shipping. Expedited shipping is provided by FedEx. 

      •  Worldwide we have several available options including DHL, SF Express, and UPS. Shipping rates, duties and taxes, as well as tracking availability will be shown at checkout.

         **COVID-19 UPDATE: Please be advised that many carriers are experiencing delays due to Covid-19. 

        International packages can take up to 8 weeks to arrive or more.

         

      • Tracking

        Tracking options are available with most shipping offers. An email will be sent to you with all the tracking information. 

         

      • Will I have to pay customs and taxes?

        All international orders may be subject to customs and taxes. Each country has different regulations regarding this – please inquire with your local customs office for more information. Duties & Taxes will be shown at checkout. 

         

      • What if I need to return my order?

        Please email us at info@meddyteddy.com and we will help you initiate a return. Meddy Teddy does not provide return postage.
