Meddy's Mindful Commentary - The best way to get your kids interested in meditation is for them to see you meditate.  Kids imitate everything! Once you capture their interest, establish a set routine or time of day.  For example, before going to school or before going to bed.  Keep it fun and be creative. Again, the best teacher is you and the results your child can see from your meditation and mindfulness practice.
