We take great care in the making of Meddy Teddy, making sure each one is properly trimmed and embroidered. 

Each Meddy Teddy is made by hand with brand new soft plush fur and recycled water bottle filling. All the embroidery is double stitched. A bendable patented frame on the inside allows Meddy Teddy to hold many different yoga and meditation postures.

Meddy Teddy's features create a sense of calm and joy.

We can shift our attention away from worried thoughts and concerns by guiding our awareness back to the here and now. Simple techniques such as breath awareness help to ease the mind.
