Techniques Mindfulness Meditation Yoga for Kids

I use yoga and mindfulness strategies to help me become more grounded and present as a mother, wife, teacher, and friend.  When I share these activities with children, not only am I share the benefits, but I’m also applying my knowledge at a deeper level, as the role of a teacher. You do not need to be a licensed yoga teacher to experience and share yoga and mindfulness practices with children, but a foundation of understanding will definitely help.

1. Yoga for Children

This is a wonderful resource, written by children’s yoga expert, Lisa Flynn.
